You need an electronic device to watch the videos and take the quizzes. While a desktop or laptop provides the best viewing experience, our courses can also be completed on most tablets and smartphones. However, the larger the screen, the better the viewing experience.
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of:
Yes. Your progress is automatically saved. Simply log back into your account and continue where you left off.
No. You may complete your training over multiple sessions, provided you finish before your state's required deadline.
Yes and No. You cannot leave a quiz and come back. Quizzes are "completed" if you leave. But, you can retake quizzes in full. You can leave videos and return to where you left off.
Your course will be marked complete after all required videos have been watched and all required quizzes have been successfully passed.
You immediately receive a PawnTrain Course Completion Certificate after all of the vidoes are watched and quizzes are passed for a Phase of classes. Once the entire CE requirements are met, you will be sent your official CE Certificate of Completion.
